Service Description

mrktbase provides a suite of marketing tools designed to help businesses and organizations:

• Build and manage viral waitlists with referral incentives
• Grow and engage email newsletter subscribers through automation
• Collect customer feedback through surveys and forms

• Access analytics and reporting on marketing performance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MRKTBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless mrktbase and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law
